Let me start off by saying that Gregg's humor and knowledge of the real estate market in and around Marco Island is second to none. Within a short time after meeting Gregg and his office staff my wife and I knew that we were in good hands with any decision making that might interest us.

We enjoyed very much working with Gregg. At the time we knew very little about Marco and Gregg took the time to talk to us about the island and what it had to offer. His familiarity and knowledge of the properties available was extremely important in helping us make our final decision, he pointed out the good things as well as the not so good things. Gregg quickly understood our likes and dislikes focusing in on properties we really wanted to see not wasting our time. He was extremely patient in our case, Gregg worked with us for over a year before we made our purchase. During that time he kept us well informed to market conditions and what was available. We enjoy our condo very much we just don't spend enough time on the island right now. We recommended Gregg to some friends of ours and they also now enjoy the island.

We first met Gregg many years ago when he set us up to rent a vacation home on Marco Island. Later in 2000, he helped us buy an awesome home on Marco.
